Meet the Team
From founders to directors, everyone here is focused on the same outcome — students who actually understand the math in front of them.
Raj co-founded Precision Tutoring on the conviction that great math instruction should be accessible to every student — not just those who can afford elite private tutoring. He leads company vision, partnerships, and long-term direction.
Vinay co-founded Precision Tutoring to build a learning experience that adapts to the student rather than the other way around. He focuses on curriculum quality, tutor standards, and measurable progress.
Rohan oversees day-to-day leadership across the organization, from instructional standards to team growth. He mentors our tutoring staff and specializes in rebuilding foundations for students who have fallen behind.
Bhav supports leadership across operations and student experience — scheduling, onboarding, and program logistics — so tutors can focus entirely on teaching and students on learning.
Reeva runs the tutoring program end to end — matching students with the right tutor, shaping curriculum, and keeping instruction rigorous and genuinely effective.
Teja leads Precision Tutoring’s presence in Frisco, building local partnerships and connecting with families so students in the area get the support they need.
Ishan drives how Precision Tutoring reaches students — content, social presence, and the campaigns behind our 800K+ views. He makes sure the families who need us can find us.
Viraj builds our relationships with schools, counselors, and parent communities — expanding access to quality math instruction and bringing new students into the program.
